[OT: Actually, I have to add to my comment... now that I've been to that original article and have read some of the comments (that it appears mostly undereducated males have made), I have to say that I can take a different perspective on the situation and see it in a bit better light than it seems on the surface; and that the comments expose many double standards about male sexuality still trenchant in many cultures.]

Yes, this has been a wake up call week for sure. One “financial expert” on TV noted that no system has lasted where future reserves were not put aside. We seem to be living off future assets rather than putting aside for future needs.
