Weekend Reading: August 3, 2008

Before I start the roundup, I just want to share with you two new features on Moolanomy…as well as reacquaint you with some of the older ones.

  • Personal Finance Directory (new) — I changed the old deals and special offers page into this interactive directory where you can rate and comment on the offers I listed.
  • Extra Income Guide (new) — This is the first of five guides that I have planned. I am using these guides as an organized way to present important information focused around (1) wealth building, (2) income generation, (3) expense reduction, (4) investing, and (5) credit and debt management.
  • Credit Card Search Tool — This tool was made available a while ago, but in case you don’t know…it let you find the best credit card offer for your needs. Currently, my favorite is Chase Freedom which gives you $50 sign up bonus and 3% cash back on your top 3 spending categories.
  • Free Magazines – I mentioned this a few times before and several of you have taken advantage of the free magazines. The tool defaults to business and finance section, but you could apply for any magazine that interests you. For example, I am subscribed to the Website Magazine.
