Just a quick update about my 100 push ups…my arms are killing me! I thought I would’ve recovered enough to reattempt the week 1 day 1 program yesterday, but apparently not. Hopefully, I can try again Monday, but I am not sure.

Oh, and good luck on the 100 pushups. I’m not writing mine up, but I just finished day 3 of week 1. I ended up completing 68 push-ups today (I’m in the third block). My arms were so tired at the end of that one that I could barely hold my pencil at work afterward.
Thanks. I am sure I’ll do fine with the push ups. Look like you are doing great. Congratulation.
