Free Money Opportunities Worth Over $200

In the past few weeks, I have been compiling a list of ways to make some money off sign up bonuses and giveaways. I have compiled a decent sized list, and have added to my sidebar under Featured section: Deals, Specials, and Freebies. And I would like to highlight a few of them here:

Revolution Money Exchange ($25 sign up bonus)

If you perform financial transaction over the Internet, you know what PayPal is all about. I have been a loyal user of PayPal for many years, and I’ve paid nearly a $1,000 in transaction fees to PayPal over the years. Well, now there’s an alternative called Revolution Money Exchange.

Refer A Friend using Revolution Money Exchange

Revolution Money Exchange doesn’t charge you any transaction fee, unless you request a check or paper statement. On the flip side, it doesn’t pay any interest either.

Ebates ($5 sign up bonus)

If you shopping online a lot, I highly recommend Ebates. Ebates is a online rebate and discount coupon service that has hundreds of merchants in its network. When you want to buy something, just log in to Ebates first and check if any of its merchants is carrying the item. If so, just follow the Ebates link that take you to the merchant’s site. From there, there is no difference in your shopping experience. Next thing you know, you’ll get some money back via Ebates.

So far, my wife and I have earned almost $100 from Ebates. Some of the items we bought include Dyson dc18 vacuum, Apple iPhone, soaps, lotions, and diapers.

Additionally, be sure to register your online purchases with PriceProtectr. PriceProtectr will send you an email if they notice any price drop within the price protection period. I have claimed almost $20 through PriceProtectr so far.

Upromise ($10 sign up bonus)

Upromise.com is known for its College Savings programs. When you sign up and activate your account, you’ll earn $10 toward your college savings plan. Additionally, it has an online shopping program similar to Ebates. Money earned through their shopping program is also added to your 529 Plan.

Giveaways

I am also listing giveaways in my deals page. Currently, there are two worth up to $150. Check it out.

Freebies

Here are a couple of freebies:

Doesn’t UPromise require you to make a charge online with one of their partners to get the $10 bonus?

@No Debt Plan — I believe you have to make one purchase. I already have Upromise before the bonus offer so I don’t know the detail. The detail on their site seems to collaborate your statement.

I’m a bit sceptical about these offers, can you really make any money with these things? Enough to be worth the time and effort?

@Cindy — If ou use PaPal a lot as I do, you could save significant amount of money. I have paid almost a $1,000 in PayPal transaction fees over the years, and I intend to move want I can to RME.

As far as Ebates, between my wife and I we already got nearly $100 in rebates and referrals (about half/half).

I just started with Upromise. I think one purchase so far.

Lastly, my giveaway is definitely for real. :-) And the freebies are real too.
