I once interviewed a carpet cleaner over lunch (I bought) and made a website about carpet stains (search "remove carpet stains" and you'll see it in the top results) from my notes. I work on it about five hours per year now, and it makes around $1,000 monthly. Create a dozen streams like that and they start to add up. I am happy to have used four of the six streams of income mentioned, and I want to add this one: Niche website.
