1. Go to http://blogcarnival.com/bc/clist.html
2. Look through different carnival, make sure they are active by looking at the Next Edition date.
3. Once you find the carnival you want to participate in, click on the name of the carnival to get more information.
4. Click on Submit an article on the left side menu
5. Fill out the form.
That’s it. You’re done. The only exception is the Carnival of Personal Finance, which you can find more information here:
