		<description>Yes, I agree that one must live within the limits of what one earns instead of overspending and ending up with a huge debt load that becomes hard to repay. I think if anyone can make a monthly budget and live within those set boundaries, one won&#039;t have to worry about going into debt, or paying late fees, etc.</description>
