Barack Obama Said No Second Stimulus Checks

Despite the rise in unemployment rate and many states are extending their unemployment benefits, there will be no second stimulus checks for now. In his weekly radio and Internet address, President Barack Obama dismissed the idea the U.S. might need a second stimulus to pull the economy out of recession and urged Americans to be patient with his economic recovery plan.     Ask any Joe on the street (or, apparently, on the major news networks) what the primary cause of the current recession is. The main culprit, they say, is American greed both by producers and consumers.

    I really hope we do not need a second stimulus package. The new place where I am working actually recieved a lot of federal aid so I say let us give it time to work and then we can take the next step.

    Thank goodness. Please no more spending we cannot afford. Money to me or not, this borrowing is not sustainable.
