This week, Moolanomy was featured at Being Frugal as blog of the week — thank you Lynnae! It feels good to be loved, even if it’s a link love. And by the way, Valentine’s Day is tomorrow, so I just want to take a minute and wish everyone a happy and wonderful time with your loved ones.

Here are a couple of articles that I enjoyed this week.  But before I share them with you, I just want to remind you that I am hosting a $50 giveaway that end this month — all you have to do is list a few of your favorite financial sites and blogs.

• Where the Money Goes, Selected program from the $789.2 billion bill at WSJ – This cool graphical breakdown was found via Andy2i tweet.
• Surviving an economic recession – Survival tips at Gather Little By Little — Great tips for bad economic time. I am also in a bit of funk this week as the prospect of lose my job loom larger. I definitely need to follow Gibble’s advice and start cutting back on expenses, as well as adding new income streams.
• Should Economic Stimulus Money Include Free Financial Advisors for the General Public? at Generation X Finance — I don’t know if financial advisors for the general public is feasible, but I like the idea of teaching personal finance classes in high school. Also, it would be great if the could make financial products less confusing.
• Ten Common Income Tax Credits at Five Cent Nickel — Tax time is upon us and here are some tax credits that you should know about.
• How Much Money Do You Have to Make to File Taxes? at My Dollar Plan — Another tax related article, in case you’re curious if you have to file taxes or not.

Last but not least, if you’re into blogging at all, I just launched a new services on Blogthority.
